Judge Faith launched her career in New York family Court.

Faith moved to New York after law school to work as a litigator for a major international law firm.  But her first court appearances were in Manhattan handling divorces, child custody and child support cases as part an externship through that law firm.  After practicing litigation she decided to take a different bite out of the big apple in New York and became an assistant district attorney prosecuting crime in Manhattan. Due to her extensive experience as a former criminal prosecutor and in various facets of the law she has been a sought after tv commentator for CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, HLN and various media outlets over the years.

Faith’s judgments have been informed by experience and empathy.

In 2014, Jenkins took the bench on “Judge Faith,” a daytime TV show revolving around arbitration cases that ran for four years before becoming the presiding judge of the longest-running court show on TV – the relationship court series “Divorce Court,” where she helped couples resolve personal and legal disputes.
